摘　　要：自2019年高职院校扩招百万计划实行以来,校内生源结构愈发多样,学生知识诉求呈现多元化。通过对人才培养、产教融合、队伍建设等方面的剖析研究,对以就业为目标的差异化教育管理探索,满足学生实际就业诉求,进一步优化学校人才培养形式。Since the implementation of the“million enrollment expansion plan of higher vocational colleges”in 2019,the structure of students in the school has become increasingly diverse,and students’knowledge demands have been diversified.Through the analysis and research of talent training,integration of production and education,and team building,the differentiated education management with employment as the goal is explored to meet the actual employment demands of students and further optimize the form of talent training in schools.
