摘 要:按照OBE理念,对《航海学》的全过程教育实践进行重塑,采用目标达成度的方法评估教学质量。明确课程目标与毕业要求指标对应的关系,确定了每章内容对应的课程目标,合理优化了课程目标的评价方式、所占百分比和评分标准,构建了基于OBE理念的课程目标达成度评价体系。分析评价结果表明:课程总目标达成度为0.79,能够实现课程的教学目标。按照课程目标达成度的评价结果提出改进的具体措施,从而形成了闭环的教学持续改进,不断地促进教学质量的提升,促进专业人才培养质量的提升。According to the concept of OBE,the whole process of navigation education practice is reshaped,and the teaching quality is evaluated by the method of goal achievement.The relationship between curriculum objectives and graduation requirements index is clearly defined,the curriculum objectives corresponding to each chapter are determined,the evaluation method,percentage and scoring standard of curriculum objectives are reasonably optimized,and the evaluation system of curriculum objectives achievement based on the concept of OBE is constructed.The analysis and evaluation results show that:the total goal achievement degree of the course is 0.79,which can achieve the teaching goal of the course.According to the evaluation results of the degree of achievement of curriculum objectives,the concrete measures for improvement are put forward,so as to form a closed-loop continuous improvement of teaching,constantly promote the improvement of teaching quality,and promote the improvement of professional talent training quality.
