卡波姆痔疮凝胶治疗Ⅱ度内痔出血的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察卡波姆痔疮凝胶(冈舒)治疗Ⅱ度内痔出血的临床疗效。方法选取珠海市中西医结合医院2017年1月至2021年1月收治的Ⅱ度内痔出血患者160例为观察对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组80例。观察组采用卡波姆痔疮凝胶(冈舒)塞肛,对照组采用痔疮栓塞肛,连续使用7 d,观察两组临床疗效。结果治疗4 d后,观察组出血评分[1(0)分]小于对照组出血评分[2(1)分](Z=-6.70,P<0.05);治疗7 d后,观察组出血评分[0(1)分]小于对照组出血评分[1(1)分](Z=-4.73,P<0.05)。治疗4 d后,两组痔核大小评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗4 d后,对照组痔核大小评分与治疗前评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗4 d后,观察组痔核大小评分与治疗前评分比较,差异有统计学意义(Z=-3.16,P<0.05)。治疗7 d后,两组的痔核大小评分比较,观察组痔核大小评分[1(1)分]小于对照组痔核大小评分[1(0)分](Z=-4.48,P<0.05)。观察组有效率[97.5%(78/80)]高于对照组[75%(60/80)](Z=-4.50,P<0.05)。结论卡波姆痔疮凝胶(冈舒)是一种治疗痔的新药物、新剂型,对直肠肛门无刺激,使用安全。卡波姆痔疮凝胶(冈舒)治疗Ⅱ度内痔出血有明显的疗效,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of carbomer hemorrhoid gel in the treatment of second-degree internal hemorrhoid bleeding.Methods A total of 160 anorectal outpatients with second-degree internal hemorrhoid bleeding who received treatment in Zhuhai Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from January 2017 to January 2021 were included in this study.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group(n=80/group).In the observation group,carbomer hemorrhoid gel was used to plug the anus,while in the control group,a hemorrhoid suppository was used to plug the anus.All patients were treated for 7 days.Clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results After 4 days of treatment,the bleeding score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group[1(0)point vs.2(1)points,Z=-6.70,P<0.05)].After 7 days of treatment,the bleeding score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group[0(1)point vs.1(1)point,Z=-4.73,P<0.05].After 4 days of treatment,there was no significant difference in the size score of the hemorrhoids between the two groups(P>0.05).After 4 days of treatment,the size score of hemorrhoids in the control group did not differ significantly compared with before treatment(P>0.05).After 4 days of treatment,the size score of hemorrhoids in the observation group differed significantly compared with before treatment(Z=-3.16,P<0.05).After 7 days of treatment,the size score of the hemorrhoids in the observation group was lower than that in the control group[1(1)point vs.1(0)point,Z=-4.48,P<0.05].The total response rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group[97.5%(78/80)vs.75%(60/80),Z=-4.50,P<0.05].Conclusion Carbomer hemorrhoid gel is a new drug used to treat hemorrhoids.It has a new dosage form,has no stimulation to the rectum,and is safe to use.Carbomer hemorrhoid gel is highly effective on second-degree internal hemorrhoid bleeding and deserves clinical popu
