Bobath康复训练联合中药封包加醒神开窍针刺法对中风痉挛性偏瘫患者的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨Bobath康复训练联合中药封包加醒神开窍针刺法对中风痉挛性偏瘫患者的影响。方法:选取2019年4月—2021年11月于英山县人民医院治疗的92例中风痉挛性偏瘫患者作为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为观察组(n=46)与对照组(n=46),对照组予以Bobath康复训练,观察组在此基础上联合使用中药封包加醒神开窍针刺法。比较两组Berg平衡量表评分、神经功能缺损程度、临床痉挛指数评分(CSI)及日常生活能力情况。结果:治疗前,两组Breg平衡量表得分、CSI评分、日常生活能力(ADL)评分、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组Breg平衡量表得分较治疗前均升高,CSI评分、ADL评分、NIHSS评分较治疗前均下降,且观察组均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用Bobath康复训练联合中药封包加醒神开窍针刺法治疗中风痉挛性偏瘫,能提高患者的平衡能力,改善神经功能缺损情况及日常生活能力水平,有效缓解痉挛情况。Objective:To explore the effect of Bobath rehabilitation training combined with traditional Chinese medicine wrapping and Xingshen Kaiqiao acupuncture on patients with spastic hemiplegia after stroke.Method:A total of 92 patients with spastic hemiplegia after stroke who treated in Yingshan County People's Hospital from April 2019 to November 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the observation group(n=46)and the control group(n=46).The control group was given Bobath rehabilitation training,the observation group was given Bobath rehabilitation training combined with traditional Chinese medicine wrapping and Xingshen Kaiqiao acupuncture.The Berg balance scale score,neurological deficit degree,clinical spasticity index(CSI)score and activities of daily living between two groups were compared.Result:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the score of Breg balance scale,CSI score,activities of daily living(ADL)score and National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)score between two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the scores of Breg balance scale in two groups increased compared with those before treatment,CSI score,ADL score and NIHSS score decreased compared with those before treatment,and the observation group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bobath rehabilitation training combined with traditional Chinese medicine wrapping and Xingshen Kaiqiao acupuncture in the treatment of stroke spastic hemiplegia can improve the balance ability of patients,improve the neurological function defect and the level of daily living ability,and effectively relieve spasm.
