摘 要:介绍了电机壳的结构特点,并对电机壳常见铸造缺陷进行了识别。在此基础上对重力铸造、低压铸造、低压浇注翻转凝固和倾转铸造4种方式生产电机壳的优劣进行了分析,并简述了计算机模拟技术在铸造工艺开发中的应用,重点探讨了电机壳的典型低压砂型铸造工艺方案可行性,并借助3D打印技术快速开发出合格铸件。The structural characteristics of electric casing are introduced,and the common casting defects of electric casing are identified.On this basis,the advantages and disadvantages of gravity casting,low pressure casting,low pressure casting,turning solidification and tilting casting were analyzed,and the application of computer simulation technology in the development of casting process was described.The feasibility of typical low pressure sand casting process of electric shell was discussed,and qualified castings were quickly developed with the help of 3D printing technology.
