合肥地铁商业发展现状及对策研究

摘　　要：合肥地铁的发展不仅提升了城市交通运输能力,也对沿线商业产生了深远影响,主要表现在汇聚大量消费群体、促进商业业态布局优化与升级等方面。由于合肥地铁处于发展初期,地铁商业发展存在诸多问题,如商业规划不足、商业氛围缺乏、商业体差异化优势不明显、商业经营管理水平不高等。文章围绕上述问题,从科学编制发展规划、优化业态布局与商业空间设计、实施整合营销策略、培养商业经营管理人才等方面提出对策建议。The development of Hefei Metro not only improves the urban transportation capacity,but also has a profound impact on the business along the lines,which is mainly reflected in the convergence of a large number of consumer group and the optimization and upgrading of commercial format.As Hefei Metro is at the early developing stage,there are many problems in its commercial development,such as insufficient commercial planning,lack of commercial atmosphere,non-obvious differentiation advantages of commercial bodies,and low level of commercial operation and management.Based on the above problems,this paper ana⁃lyzes countermeasures from the aspects of scientific development planning,the optimization of commercial format and commercial space design,the implementation of integrated marketing strategies and the training of commercial management talents,etc.
