摘　　要：已有公共交通规划多聚焦于技术层面的优化问题而缺乏对社会情感因素的考虑。鉴于此,本文提出了4方面的情感构成:依赖性、品质感、效用感和道德感,从出行者和规划决策者两个维度提出了公共交通规划中的情感演变机制及其相互关系,指出依赖性衍生出效用理性和品质审美,进而凝聚为对美好城市发展的共识,并以宁波市为例,基于情感演变机制分析公共交通规划中的实际问题。Existing public transport plans mostly focus on technical optimization problems and lack consideration of social and emotional factors.In view of this,this paper puts forward four aspects of emotional composition:dependence,sense of quality,sense of utility and sense of morality,puts forward the emotional evolution mechanism and its interrelationship in public transport planning from the two dimensions of traveler and planning decision-makers,points out that dependence derives utility rationality and quality aesthetics,and then condenses into a consensus on the development of a better city,and takes Ningbo City as an example to analyze the practical problems in public transport planning based on the emotional evolution mechanism.
