摘  要:在全面推进高校课程思政建设的背景下,发挥专业课程的育人功能,让思政和课程同向而行,对高校教师的育德意识和育德自觉性提出了更高的要求。以往研究证明,形成并强化育德自觉性有助于提升高校教师的育德内驱力,是加强思政教师队伍建设的必经之路,更是推动课程思政建设取得实效的关键因素。基于个体差异与期望激励、教育环境与专业建设、人文关怀与情感认同等影响高校教师育德自觉性的因素,从教育行政部门、高等院校、教师群体多元主体视角提出教师育德自觉性的提升路径。Under the background of comprehensively promoting ideological and political construction of college courses,it is necessary to give full play to the educational function of professional courses,so that ideological and political education and courses work in the same direction,and put forward higher requirements for college teachers'awareness and consciousness of moral education.Previous research has shown that forming and strengthening the consciousness of moral education is helpful to enhance the internal driving force of moral education of college teachers,which is the only way to strengthen the construction of ideological and political teachers,and is also the key factor to promote the practical effectiveness of ideological and political construction of the curriculum.Based on individual differences and expectation incentives,educational environment and professional construction,humanistic care and emotional identity and other factors that affect college teachers'moral consciousness,this paper proposes the ways to improve teachers'moral consciousness from the perspective of educational administrative departments,colleges and universities,and teacher groups.
