摘 要:在当前的教育环境下,中学生的考试问题不仅是学生和家长极其重视的问题,也是学生学习压力的主要来源之一,并且由此也会引发中学生考试焦虑的心理问题。当前,考试焦虑作为一种负面情绪一直存在于我国中学生的心理健康发展中,考试焦虑过度且得不到适当缓解就会影响中学生的身心健康和学业成绩,影响中学生身心全面健康和谐发展。当然,在同样的教育环境下,并不是所有的学生都会出现高水平的考试焦虑,因此考试心理素质已经成为学生必备的一项重要能力。从考试心理弹性角度出发,分析中学生考试心理弹性的基本现状,探讨考试心理弹性与考试焦虑的关系,提出心理弹性训练及克服考试焦虑的对策,以期引导中学生的考试心理弹性积极发展,缓解中学生的考试焦虑心理问题。In the current educational environment,the examination problem of middle school students is not only a problem that students and parents attach great importance to,but also one of the main sources of students'learning pressure,and it often causes psychological problems of middle school students'exam anxiety.At present,test anxiety as a negative emotion has always existed in the mental health development of middle school students in China,and excessive test anxiety and not properly alleviated will affect the physical and mental health and academic performance of middle school students,and affect the comprehensive healthy and harmonious development of middle school students.Of course,in the same educational environment,not all students will have a high level of test anxiety,so the psychological quality of the test has become an important ability that students must have.From the perspective of examination psychological resilience,this paper analyzes the basic status quo of examination psychological resilience of middle school students,discusses the relationship between examination psychological resilience and examination anxiety,and puts forward psychological resilience training and countermeasures to overcome examination anxiety,in order to guide the positive development of examination psychological resilience of middle school students and alleviate the psychological problems of middle school students'examination anxiety.
