摘　　要：针对斜巷带式输送机在使用中,重载启停困难、双机驱动功率分配不均衡、能耗高等问题,设计了以PLC控制器为核心的变频双电机驱动电控系统,采用西门子V20变频器,对双电机实施主从变频控制,根据运量的变化,调节输送机带速,实现了双电机驱动功率的平衡,降低了能耗,并安装各类开关、监测传感器,实时监测输送机运行状态,实现了远程集中控制、重载启停控制等功能。In view of the problems of heavy load starting and stopping,unbalanced power distribution of dual motor drive and high energy consumption in the use of inclined lane belt conveyor,a variablefrequency dual motor drive electric control system with PLC controller as the core is designed.Siemens V20 frequency converter is used to implement master-slave variable-frequency control for dual motors.According to the change of transport volume,the belt speed of the conveyor is adjusted to achieve the balance of dual motor drive power and reduce energy consumption.Various switches are installed Monitoring sensor,real-time monitoring the running state of the conveyor,realizing remote centralized control,heavy load start stop control and other functions.
