摘　　要：有报道称,2023年2月14日,欧盟委员会公布了一项关于修订欧盟重型车(包括>3.5 t卡车和公共汽车,下同)二氧化碳排放标准的提案,以逐步减少碳排放,并计划2030年新的城市公交车实现“零碳排放”,2040年重型车减排90%,2050年前实现“气候中性”。It is reported that on February 14,2023,the European Commission announced a proposal to revise the CO_(2) emission standards for heavy duty vehicles(including trucks and buses with a capacity of>3.5t)in the EU,proposing to achieve "zero carbon emissions"for new urban buses by 2030,reduce emissions for heavy duty vehicles by 90%by 2040,and achieve "climate neutrality"by 2050.
