摘 要:针对制造商、回收商和梯次利用商组成的动力电池闭环供应链动态系统,应用基于纳什公平参考点的微分博弈模型,研究了各博弈主体的均衡策略的制定问题,并采用数值仿真分析了各参数对于博弈主体制定决策的影响。研究发现:随着公平关切程度的提高,制造商提高再制品节约成本,会降低新动力电池的零售价格,提高退役电池回收率;梯次利用商价格敏感性越高,梯次利用努力效用越大、梯次利用率越高;将公平关切维持在合理区间范围内满足制造商最大效用的同时可以提高回收商和梯次利用商的利润。To consider a power battery closed-loop supply chain dynamic system composed of a manufacturer,a recycler and a cascade utilization enterprise,based on Nash bargaining point differential game model,this paper studies the problem of making equilibrium strategy of each game subject and analyzes the influence of each parameter on decision-making of game subject by numerical simulation.Results show that:As the fairness concern increases,a manufacturer will reduce the retail price of new power batteries and improve the recovery rate of retired batteries by increasing the cost of remanufactured products;The higher the price sensitivity of cascade utilization enterprise,the greater the utility of cascade utilization effort and the higher the utilization rate of cascade utilization.Maintaining fair concerns within a reasonable range can satisfy the maximum utility of the manufacturer and improve the profits of the recycler and the cascade utilization enterprise.
