摘 要:以船体曲面外板三维曲面件为研究对象,针对方形压头对大型板材数值模拟进行研究,将多点成形和分段成形法相结合,当板材尺寸大于模具大小时,对板材进行分区域成形,实现小模具对大型板材的分段成形。对比模具冲压的距离、重叠区的大小对分段成形回弹后曲率半径的影响,结果表明合理的冲压距离和重叠区的大小可以提高成形效率。分析板材分段冲压回弹后的曲率半径,计入回弹的影响,并通过神经网络进行回弹预测,计算模具回弹补偿量,使用回弹补偿后的模具再次冲压成形,对比板材最终成形的曲率半径和目标曲率半径,误差仅为6.3%,且曲面光顺,证明该方法的有效性,为大尺寸板材多压头分段快速成形提供理论基础。The research object is the three-dimensional curved parts of hull surface outer plate,the numerical simulation of large plate with square indenter is studied,combining multi-point forming with segmented forming.When the size of the sheet is larger than the size of the die,the sheet is formed in sub regions to realize the segmented forming of large sheet with small die.Compare the influence of the stamping distance of the die and the size of the overlapping area on the curvature radius after springback in segmented forming,the results show that reasonable stamping distance and overlapping area can improve the forming efficiency.The curvature radius after springback of sheet metal stamping is analyzed,the influence of springback is included and the springback is predicted by neural network,calculate the springback compensation of the die,the die after rebound compensation is used for stamping again,compare the curvature radius of the final sheet forming with the target curvature radius,the error is only 6.3%,and the surface is smooth,the effectiveness of this method is proved,which provides a theoretical basis for the segmented rapid prototyping of large-size sheet metal with multiple indenters.
