摘 要:为研究低聚果糖对肉兔生产性能、血液生化和肠道pH的影响,试验将420只体重相近、公母各半的35日龄健康新西兰断奶肉兔分为7个试验组,每组6个重复,每个重复10只,对照组饲喂基础日粮,4个处理组在基础日粮分别添加0.2%、0.4%、0.6%、0.8%低聚果糖,2个抗生素处理组分别添加10 mg/kg金霉素和10 mg/kg恩拉霉素,试验共42 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,金霉素组和0.6%、0.8%低聚果糖组肉兔日增重分别显著提高9.58%、8.31%和7.76%,添加金霉素组和0.4%、0.6%、0.8%低聚果糖组血液葡萄糖浓度分别显著提高17.45%、21.34%、26.32%和19.47%,添加0.6%和0.8%低聚果糖组血液甘油三酯浓度分别显著提高26.26%和36.36%,0.8%低聚果糖组血液胆固醇浓度显著提高38.24%;添加低聚果糖可降低肠道pH但未达显著水平。本试验条件下,添加低聚果糖可一定程度替代金霉素和恩拉霉素,其最适添加量为0.6%。The aim of the experiment was to study the effects of fructooligosaccharides on growth performance,blood biochemistry and intestinal pH of meat rabbits.A total of 420 healthy New Zealand weaned meat rabbits at the age of 35 days with similar body weight were divided into 7 experimental groups,with 6 repetitions in each group and 10 rabbits in each repetition.The control group was fed with basic diet.The four treatment groups were added with 0.2%,0.4%,0.6%and 0.8%fructooligosaccharides respectively in the basic diet,and the two antibiotic treatment groups were added with 10 mg/kg aureomycin and 10 mg/kg enramycin respectively,the trial continued for 42 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,adding aureomycin and 0.6%or 0.8%fructooligosaccharides could significantly increase the daily weight gain 9.58%,8.31%and 7.76%respectively,adding aureomycin and 0.4%,0.6%,0.8%fructooligosaccharides could significantly increase the blood glucose concentration 17.45%,21.34%,26.32%and 19.47%respectively,adding 0.6%and 0.8%fructooligosaccharides could significantly increase the blood triglyceride concentration 26.26%and 36.36%respectively,and 0.8%fructooligosaccharides could significantly increase the blood cholesterol concentration 38.24%.The addition of fructooligosaccharides could reduce intestinal pH,but it did not reach a significant level.Under the experimental conditions,the addition of fructooligosaccharides could replace aureomycin and enramycin to a certain extent,and the optimum addition amount was 0.6%.
