药用植物白鲜的研究进展

摘　　要：白鲜(Dictamnus dasycarpus Turcz.)属芸香科白鲜属多年生宿根草本植物,白鲜根皮通过脱水等一系列干燥措施可得到白鲜皮,其是重要的中药材之一,经常用于医治皮肤的炎症、牛皮癣、疮伤、风湿炎症等。由于白鲜能治疗很多种疾病,人们对野生白鲜过度开采,导致野生白鲜的数量急剧减少,使得现有白鲜数量已经不能满足人们需要。本文对白鲜的生物特性、栽培技术与繁殖、主要化学成分与药用价值、组织培养、次生代谢产物等研究进展进行综述,为合理地开发和保护白鲜以及其他珍稀药用植物资源提供科学的理论依据。Dictamnus dasycarpus Turcz is a perennial herbaceous plant belonging to the genus Dictamnus of Rutaceae.The root bark of Dictamnus dasycarpus Turcz is obtained after a series of drying measures such as dehydration,which is one of the important Chinese medicinal materials.It is often used to treat skin inflammation,psoriasis,sores,rheumatic inflammation,etc.Because fresh white can treat many kinds of diseases,people over-exploitation of wild fresh Dictamnus dasycarpus Turcz,resulting in a sharp decline in the number of wild fresh Dictamnus dasycarpus Turcz,making the existing number of fresh Dictamnus dasycarpus Turcz no longer meet people's needs.In this paper,the biological characteristics,cultivation techniques and reproduction,main chemical components and medicinal value,tissue culture,secondary metabolites and other research progress of Dictamnus dasycarpus Turcz fresh were reviewed,aimed to provide scientific theoretical basis for rational development and protection of white fresh and other rare medicinal plant resources.
