毛果芸香碱滴眼液对白内障合并青光眼患者术后前房深度及视力的影响

摘　　要：目的探析毛果芸香碱滴眼液对白内障合并青光眼患者术后前房深度及视力的影响。方法前瞻性研究,纳入2021年2月-2022年2月收治的白内障合并青光眼患者84例作为研究对象,以区组随机的随机化方案将患者分为观察组和对照组,各42例。对照组接受超声乳化术治疗,观察组于对照组基础上加用毛果芸香碱滴眼液治疗,持续治疗3个月;比较两组患者临床疗效、视力恢复情况以及并发症发生情况。结果观察组总有效率较对照组高(P<0.05);两组患者治疗3个月眼压较治疗前降低,视力、前房深度水平较治疗前升高,且观察组各指标水平变化更显著(P<0.05);两组患者并发症发生情况比较,无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论毛果芸香碱滴眼液治疗白内障合并青光眼患者效果显著,可有效加深患者术后前房深度,改善视力水平。Objective To investigate the effect of pilocarpine eye drops on anterior chamber depth and visual acuity in patients with cataract and glaucoma after surgery.Methods In a prospective study,84 cataract patients with glaucoma admitted from February 2021 to February 2022 were enrolled as the study object.The patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 42 patients in each group according to the randomization scheme.The control group was treated with phacoemulsification,and the observation group was treated with pilocarpine eye drops on the basis of the control group for 3 months;the clinical efficacy,visual acuity recovery and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The excellent and good rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);after 3 months of treatment,the intraocular pressure of the two groups was lower than that before treatment,the level of vision and anterior chamber depth was higher than that before treatment,and the changes of each index level in the observation group were more significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the occurrence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Pilocarpine eye drops have a significant effect on cataract patients with glaucoma,which can effectively deepen the depth of anterior chamber and improve the visual acuity.
