研究中晚期非小细胞肺癌应用紫龙金片配合化疗治疗的效果

摘　　要：目的分析化疗联合紫龙金片对中晚期非小细胞肺癌的治疗效果。方法选取2019年1月-2022年10月期间因中晚期非小细胞肺癌在天津市滨海新区中医医院接受治疗的188例患者,基于随机分组法将患者分入对照组与研究组,每组各94例。对照组单行化疗治疗,研究组加用紫龙金片。对比两组的疾病控制率、客观缓解率、不良反应发生率、生存质量评分、预计生存时间。结果治疗后,研究组的疾病控制率、客观缓解率均高于对照组(P<0.05),功能领域部分的生存质量评分高于对照组、症状领域部分的生存质量评分低于对照组(P<0.05),预计生存时间长于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的不良反应发生率与对照组无明显不同,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论化疗联合紫龙金片对中晚期非小细胞肺癌有显著疗效,可提高患者生存质量,延长生存时间,同时对安全性无明显影响。Objective To analyze the efficacy of chemotherapy combined with Zilong gold tablet in the treatment of advanced non-smallcell lung carcinoma.Methods From January 2019 to October 2022,188 patients with advanced non-small-cell lung carcinoma were selected and randomly divided into control group and study group.The control group was treated with chemotherapy alone,and the study group was treated with Zilong gold tablet.The disease control rate,objective remission rate,adverse reaction rate,quality of life score and estimated survival time were compared between the two groups.Results The disease control rate and objective remission rate in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),the scores of quality of life in the functional domain were higher than those in the control group,and the scores of quality of life in the symptom domain were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),the predicted survival time was longer than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the study group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Chemotherapy combined with Zilong gold tablet has a significant effect on middle and late stage non-small-cell lung carcinoma,which can improve the quality of life,prolong the survival time,and has no obvious influence on the safety.
