摘 要:文中根据大型邮轮舾装物料拣货作业的特点,综合考虑边际报酬递减规律、设备类型、设备配比对作业速率的影响及人力成本、作业效率要求的不稳定性,基于动态排队论构建了舾装物料拣货作业资源配置鲁棒优化模型.并根据实际情况设置作业小组取值范围、四种设备类型、四种设备配比以及六个情景集,利用Gurobi求解器进行求解.结果显示:最优拣货资源配置方案为设置作业小组2组,每个小组配备3套第3种设备,经对比,与确定情况下的配置方案均较为接近,并对模型中的风险偏好因子及惩罚因子进行了敏感性分析,解释了其对成本及鲁棒性的影响.According to the characteristics of outfitting material picking operation,considering the law of diminishing marginal returns,the influence of equipment type and equipment ratio on operating rate,and the instability of labor cost and operating efficiency requirements,a robust optimization model of outfitting material picking operation resource allocation was constructed based on dynamic queuing theory.According to the actual situation,the value range of the operation team,four equipment types,four equipment ratios and six scenario sets were set,and the Gurobi solver was used to solve them.The results show that the optimal allocation scheme of picking resources is to set up two groups of operation teams,and each group is equipped with three sets of third equipment,which is close to the allocation scheme under certain conditions.The sensitivity of risk preference factor and penalty factor in the model was analyzed,and their influence on cost and robustness was explained.
