浅圆仓砂土地基中静压单桩沉桩和承载力特性研究

摘  要:为探究浅圆仓中静压桩沉桩及承载力特性,采用大型模型试验方法,还原了单桩沉桩和静载荷试验过程,分析了桩长、桩尖角对沉桩及承载力特性的影响。结果表明:静压单桩沉桩力学机制与桩尖角和桩长有关,且桩长对其影响较大;沉桩端阻力占终压桩力的比例高达80%,且存在沉桩极值深度为25D(D为模型桩的直径);沉桩挤密作用导致桩周侧压力随深度增加而逐渐趋近于被动土压力,但随着桩长增加相同埋深位置的桩周侧压力存在“退化”现象;单桩极限承载力随着桩尖角和桩长增加而增大,且为沉桩终压桩力1.04倍。研究结果对浅圆仓砂土地基中静压单桩设计和沉桩施工提供了理论依据。Jacked pile is widely used in squat silo,however,it is difficult to determine the characteristics and bearing capacity on site.To study the characteristic mechanism,a large geotechnical test device was designed to simulate the process of jacked single pile,and the influence on the pile tips with different length and different angle was analyzed.The test results showed that the mechanical mechanism of jacked single pile was related to the angle and the length of the pile,while the length of the pile had a significant influence on it,which was mainly related to the soil failure mode and resistance at the pile end.The proportion of the final pressure of the piles was as high as 80%,and there was an extreme depth of 25D(D is the diameter of the model pile);with the gradual increase of the depth,the compaction of the piles caused the pile peripheral pressure to approach the passive earth pressure.As the pile length increased,in the same depth,there was a“degradation”phenomenon in the lateral pressure of the pile at the deep position;the bearing capacity of a single pile increased with the increase of the pile tip angle and the pile length,to 1.04 times of the final pile driving pressure.Therefore,the research provides a theoretical basis,which is improved,for the design and construction of static pressure single pile in sand foundation of squat silo.
