摘 要:为了在动车组上研究应用既有合成闸片,文中开展了既有合成闸片匹配钢质制动盘的磨耗性能试验研究。试验在1∶1制动动力试验台上进行,测试相同试验工况下,合成闸片和粉末冶金闸片匹配钢质制动盘的磨耗性能。试验数据显示既有合成闸片的磨耗量在各种工况下均较粉末冶金闸片大;在速度高、制动压力大时合成闸片的磨耗量会成近指数级增加;持续制动工况下闸片的磨耗量变化不大,但摩擦系数热衰退较明显。研究表明,新型合成闸片匹配钢质制动盘,需要提高耐磨、耐高温性能。In order to study the application of existing composite brake pad on EMU,the wear performance test of existing composite brake pad matching cast steel brake disc is carried out in this paper.The test was carried out on a 1∶1 flywheel brake dynamo-meter to approve the wear performance of composite pad and sinter pad which match the cast steel brake disc under the same test conditions.The test data show that wear loss of composite pad is larger than that of sinter pad under various working conditions;when the speed and brake pressure is high,the wear of the composite brake pad will increase exponentially,under continuous braking condition,the wear of brake pad has little change,but the friction coefficient has obvious heat decline.The research shows that the wear and high temperature resistance of the new composite brake pad matching the steel brake disc need to be improved.
