摘　　要：针对某轨道列车的自动联挂解编需求,设计列车联挂解编的实现流程和控制方案。文中主要介绍列车联挂系统、电气原理和自动联挂解编的控制流程,简单介绍司机如何操作、各个机构如何协作完成联挂或解编,重点介绍了自动联挂解编控制逻辑的设计。该控制方案,可实现一键完成列车自动联挂或自动解编,同时对关键部件进行状态监控和故障诊断。已对该控制方案完成实车测试,验证了方案的正确性。Aiming at the requirement of realizing automatic coupling and uncoupling of a certain rail train project,it is designed the realization process and control scheme of train coupling and decoupling.This article mainly introduces the electrical principle of the train’s coupling and decoupling electrical system and the overall control process of automatic coupling and decoupling,then briefly introduces how the drivers operate trains and cooperation between each mechanism to complete coupling or decoupling procedure.The control scheme can realize the automatic linking or automatic dismantling of the train with one key,and the status monitoring and fault diagnosis of key components can be carried out.The control method has been tested in real vehicles,which verifies the correctness of the scheme and control program.
