摘　　要：身体是认知的主体和发生场,身体决定认知。患者具身认知是患者的身体在疾病状态下、诊疗环境里、病程进展中的认知活动。患者具身认知图式是患者具身认知知识单元的组织结构和表征方式,是揭示、分析和解决患者认识问题的方法学进路。病况情境因素、疾病进展恐惧、患者疾病性质、患者人格特质、患者性别差异、患者身体活动、患者认知重评、患者认知行为等,是患者具身认知图式的知识单元。患者具身感受、情绪、认知和行为的交互作用是患者具身认知图式的工作机制,体现着患者具身认知与多因素关联的整体结构。Body is the subject and field of cognition which shapes cognition.Patient embodied cognition is the cognitive activity of the patient's body in the state of disease,the environment of diagnosis and treatment,and the course of disease.The patient embodied cognitive schema is the organizational structure and representation of the patient embodied cognitive knowledge unit and the methodological approach to reveal,analyze and solve the problem of patient cognition.Medical condition,fear of disease progression,nature of disease,personality traits,gender differences,physical activity,cognitive reappraisal,and cognitive behavior are categories of patient embodied cognitive schema.The interaction of patient's embodied feelings,emotions,cognition and behaviors are the working mechanisms of patient embodied cognitive schema,which reflects the overall structure of patient embodied cognition with multi-factor correlation.
