摘  要:依据新时代军事教育方针,突出教学实战化需求,针对职业技术教育士官学员特点,以空军预警学院任职岗位类主干课程“雷达原理与实验”为例,创新性地提出集理论教学、实验教学、实装教学三种形式于一体,并在其中融入实战内容的“一理三实”教学模式,并从课程内容重构、“线上线下混合运用”教法创新、五步学法层次推进、全过程实时评估反馈等方面进行全方位深化改革。从近三年实践效果来看,学员综合素养、课程教学质量、岗位任职能力均显著提升。According to the new era of military education policy,to highlight the teaching demand for actual combat,based on the characteristics of vocational and technical education sergeant students,taking the radar principle and experiment course as an example,new teaching mode of theory-experiment-real-equipment combined with practice is put forward.From the aspects of curriculum content reconstruction,online and offline teaching method innovation,five-step method,and whole process real-time evaluation feedback the reform is deepened in an all-round way.It can be seen form the practical effect in the past three years that the students’comprehensive quality,course teaching quality and post holding ability have been significantly improved.
