大学分类逻辑下应用技术大学现实境遇与发展路径探析

摘　　要：现阶段,高等教育普及化推动了人才培养多样化为应用技术大学发展提供新空间,产业转型升级推动人才培养重点转移,为应用技术大学发展提供新动能,具备应用本科和职教本科双重特点是应用技术大学发展的新优势。同时,应用技术大学也面临着夹缝中竞争,不利于特色发展、现行招生考试制度不利于生源选拔以及传统质量评估体系不利于长远发展的困境。基于AGIL理论,从适应:紧盯产业发展,明确办学定位;目标:聚焦培养目标,创新培养模式;整合:凝聚多方资源,深化企校互动;维持:营造文化氛围,强化制度保障四个方面提出应用技术大学的发展路径。At current stage,the popularization of higher education has promoted the diversification of talent training and provided new space for the development of universities of applied sciences.Industrial transformation and upgrading have promoted the shiftof talent training priorities,providing new momentum for the development of universities of applied sciences.Having undergraduate and vocational education is a new advantage for the development of universities of applied sciences.At the same time,universities of applied sciences are also facing the dilemma that competition is not conducive to the development of characteristics,the current admission examination system is not conducive to the selection of students,and the traditional quality evaluation system is not conducive to long-term development.Based on AGIL theory,this paper puts forward the development path of universities of applied sciences from four aspects:adaption:to pay close attention to the development of the industry and to clarify the positioning of the school,goal attainment:to focus on training goals and to innovate training models,integration:to gather resources from various parties and to deepen the interaction between enterprises and schools,and maintenance:to create a cultural atmosphere and strengthen institutional safeguards.
