摘　　要：新时代药事法规、药事监管政策以及医药产业技术的提升迫切需要药品质量管理顺应现代化发展要求。我国药品质量管理人才培养在培养目标、专业设置、学历层次和规模数量等诸多方面存在供需不匹配的现实困境,急切需要医药类院校联合行业企业及政府药监部门开展药品专业化检查员和质量管理人才等非学历教育培训。同时还要通过开展专业设置论证,增设药品质量管理职业教育本科专业,强化医药从业人员严守药规、精益求精的职业道德教育等方式加快人才培养,以满足人民日益增长的健康需求。In the new era,pharmaceutical regulations,pharmaceutical regulatory policies,and the acceleration of pharmaceutical industry technology,it is urgent for drug quality administration to meet the requirements of modern development.The talent cultivation for drug quality administration in our country is faced with a realistic dilemma of mismatch between supply and demand in many aspects such as training objectives,major settings,educational level and scale.Therefore,there is an urgent need for medical colleges and universities,together with pharmaceutical enterprises and drug administration authorities to carry out non-academic education and training involving professional drug inspectors and quality management and so on.Meanwhile,it is also necessary to carry out the demonstration of major setting,add the undergraduate majors for drug quality administration in vocational education,and strengthen the professional ethics education of pharmacy practitioners,such as strictly abiding by drug regulations and striving for excellence to meet people’s growing health needs.
