摘　　要：脊索瘤是一种好发于脊柱中轴两端的低度恶性肿瘤,具有局部侵袭性,可多次局部复发,但很少出现远处转移。本文报道1例骶尾部脊索瘤术后10年出现肺转移。Chordoma is a kind of low-grade malignant tumor that occurs at both ends of the central axis of the spine,it has local aggressiveness and can recurs locally for many times,but rarely has distant metastasis.In this article,a case of sacrococcygeal chordoma with lung metastasis 10 years after surgery was reported.
