中医药治疗抑郁症在临床应用中的研究现况

摘　　要：抑郁症发病率高,病程反复,治疗难度大,值得引起广泛关注。目前抗抑郁治疗以西药为主,作用机制单一,患者需长期服药,治疗费用高,副作用大。而中医药治疗抑郁症疗效好,毒副作用小,治疗费用相对较低,患者依从性好。中医药治疗抑郁症临床上使用主要为中药内服和中医外治,中医外治包括针刺、艾灸、耳穴、穴位埋线、穴位贴敷、拔罐、刮痧等,文章就临床应用中药内服和中医外治治疗相关文献资料进行总结。The incidence rate of depression is high,the course of disease is repeated,and the treatment is difficult,which deserves extensive attention.At present,antidepressant treatment is mainly western medicine,with a single mechanism of action.Patients need to take medicine for a long time,and the treatment cost is expensive,and the side effects are large.While traditional Chinese medicine has good curative effect on depression,low toxicity and side effects,relatively low treatment costs,and good patient compliance.The clinical use of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of depression is mainly the oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine and the external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.The external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine includes acupuncture,moxibustion,ear points,acupoint catgut embedding,acupoint application,cupping,scraping,etc.Now,this paper summarizes the relevant literature and data on the clinical application of the oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine and the external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.
