“党建+课程思政”视域下高校教师党支部建设路径探究

摘　　要：课程思政的根本任务是立德树人,实现路径是全员全程全方位育人。高校教师党支部是凝聚引领教师做好课程思政建设的重要阵地,新形势下党支部工作覆盖面不断扩大、战斗堡垒作用持续增强,但仍然存在一些问题,较突出的是课程思政建设未能更好地融入支部党建。高校党建与课程思政建设在立德树人根本任务上具有高度统一性,将教师党支部建设与课程思政建设达到有机融合具有重要的价值意蕴。坚持“党建+课程思政”理念,以课程思政为重要抓手,充分发挥教师党支部在课程思政建设中的战斗堡垒和教师党员的示范引领作用,能够有效提升课程思政建设和支部建设质量,实现为党育人、为国育才,使立德树人根本任务落到实处。The fundamental task of ideological and political education in all courses is to cultivate people through moral education,and the path to realize it is to educate people in an all-round way.As a bridge and bond linking the Party and the teachers and students,the college teachers'Party branch undertakes the task of moral education of the students.In the new era,strengthening the construction of college teachers'Party branch is of great strategic significance for the cultivation of university students through moral education.In spite of the achievements made in Party branch building,the college teachers'Party branches are still confronted with some new problems.Integrating ideological and political education in major courses with the Party branch construction will effectively improve the quality of both the ideological and political education and Party branch construction,thus achieving the goal of cultivating talent for the Party and the State.
