温岭市售457份海产鱼异尖线虫感染状况分析

摘　　要：目的了解温岭市售海产鱼类异尖线虫的感染率与感染强度,分析异尖线虫感染特征,为异尖线虫病的防控提供科学依据。方法于2020年—2021年对温岭市的流通环节随机采集了17种457份海产鱼样品。按照《国家食品污染和有害因素风险监测工作手册》直接解剖法检测鱼体中感染的异尖线虫。结果温岭市售海产鱼类的总感染率为68.49%,平均感染强度为4.81条/尾,17种海产鱼体均有发现异尖线虫存在,2年间异尖线虫阳性检出率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),不同采集点间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),农贸市场检出率最高。结论温岭市售海产鱼类中异尖线虫感染较为普遍,具有异尖线虫病感染风险,建议加强易感鱼种的感染情况监测,倡导健康饮食习惯,以预防异尖线虫病的发生。Objective This paper aims to understand the infection rate and infection intensity of Anisakis in marine fish sold in Wenling City,analyze the infection characteristics of Anisakis,and provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of Anisakis disease.Methods From 2020 to 2021,457 samples in 17 species of marine fish were randomly collected from the circulation links of Wenling City.According to the national manual for risk monitoring of food pollution and harmful factors,the direct dissection method was used to detect the Anisakis in fish.Results The total infection rate of marine fish sold in Wenling was 68.49%,and the average infection intensity was 4.81 copy/sample.Anisakis was found in 17 kinds of marine fish.There was no statistical significance on the difference in the positive rate of anisakis in the past two years(P>0.05).The difference between different collection points was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the detection rate in farmers'market was the highest.Conclusion Anisakis infection is common in marine fish sold in Wenling City,which is at risk.It is recommended to strengthen infection monitoring of susceptible fish species and advocate healthy eating habits to prevent Anisakis infection.
