摘 要:目的了解湖州市食源性副溶血性弧菌的血清型别、毒力基因、抗生素耐药以及分子分型情况。方法收集食源性腹泻病例中分离的副溶血性弧菌,对分离株进行血清分型、tlh/tdh/trh毒力基因检测、分子分型和药敏试验。结果88株副溶血性弧菌血清型别成多样性,主要血清型为O10∶K4(81.82%)、O3∶K6(5.69%)、O4∶Kut(3.41%)。毒力基因类型包括tdh+trh-(92.05%)、tdh-trh+(5.68%)、tdh+trh+(2.27%)。31株副溶血性弧菌对氨苄西林的耐药率为83.9%,对四环素、氯霉素、头孢噻肟、头孢唑林、庆大霉素、环丙沙星、阿奇霉素和萘啶酸100.0%敏感。52株副溶血性弧菌可分为15个PFGE带型,相似度达到100%以上的克隆系有4个。结论O10∶K4副溶血性弧菌在湖州市腹泻患者中首次出现且逐渐成为流行优势株;菌株以携带tdh基因为主,菌株之间相似度高。Objective This paper aims to understand the serotypes,virulence genes,antibiotic resistance and molecular typing of foodborne Vibrio parahaemolyticus(VP)in Huzhou City.Methods Vibrio parahaemolyticus strains were isolated from cases with food-borne diarrhea,and serotyping,tlh/tdh/trh virulence gene detection,molecular typing and drug sensitivity tests were performed for the isolates.Results The serotypes of 88 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus were diverse,the main serotypes were O10:K4(81.82%),O3:K6(5.69%),O4:Kut(3.41%);virulence gene types included tdh+trh-(92.05%),tdh-trh+(5.68%),tdh+trh+(2.27%).The resistance rate of 31 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus to ampicillin was 83.9%,and it was 100.0%sensitive to tetracycline,chloramphenicol,cefotaxime,cefazolin,gentamicin,ciprofloxacin,azithromycin and nalidixic acid was 100.0%.52 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus could be divided into 15 PFGE band patterns,and 4 clones had a similarity of more than 100%.Conclusion O10:K4 of Vibrio parahaemolyticus appeared for the first time in diarrhea patients in Huzhou City and gradually became the predominant strain.The strain mainly carry the tdh gene,and the similarity among strains is high.
