解毒化瘀方辅助治疗脓毒症急性肾损伤的疗效和胱抑素-C水平及对炎性应激指标的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨解毒化瘀方辅助治疗脓毒症急性肾损伤的疗效及对患者胱抑素-C(Cys-C)水平和炎性应激指标的影响。方法将本院收治的84例脓毒症急性肾损伤患者随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组予西医常规治疗,观察组联合解毒化瘀方治疗。分别比较2组血清炎性指标、肾脏相关指标、序贯器官衰竭估计评分(SOFA)、急性生理和慢性健康状况评分Ⅱ(APACHEⅡ)、临床总有效率及治疗安全性。结果观察组治疗后总有效率为85.71%,高于对照组的66.67%(P<0.05),血清炎性指标水平、肾脏相关指标水平、SOFA评分、APACHEⅡ评分变化均优于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗过程中均未发生胃肠道和肝损伤等不良反应。结论解毒化瘀方能够调节脓毒症急性肾损伤患者血清炎性指标和肾脏相关指标水平,改善脓毒症所致器官功能损伤。Objective This paper aims to explore the therapeutic effect of Jiedu Huayu Recipe on sepsis with acute renal injury and its influence on Cys-C level and inflammatory stress index.Methods A total of 84 patients with sepsis acute renal injury were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was treated with routine western medicine,while the observation group was treated with Jiedu Huayu Recipe.The serum inflammatory index,kidney related index,sequential organ failure estimation score(SOFA),acute physiological and chronic health condition score II(APACHEⅡ),clinical total effective rate and treatment safety were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 85.72%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(66.67%)(P<0.05).The changes of serum inflammatory index,kidney related index,SOFA score and APACHEⅡscore in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).No adverse reactions such as gastrointestinal tract and liver injury occurred in both groups during treatment.Conclusion Jiedu Huayu Recipe can regulate the levels of serum inflammatory indicators and kidney related indicators in patients with sepsis and acute renal injury,and improve the organ function damage caused by sepsis.
