摘 要:基于有限单元法建立弓网系统有限元模型,利用罚函数法实现弓网系统的耦合,采用Newmark积分法求解弓网系统动力学方程,研究单根吊弦断裂和脱落两种情况对弓网受流质量的影响。结果表明:吊弦断裂和脱落对弓网间动态接触力影响基本相同;单根吊弦断裂或脱落对故障吊弦所在跨的动态接触力影响均不显著;相较于其他吊弦故障,2#吊弦断裂或脱落对弓网受流质量影响最大;单个吊弦断裂或脱落时,列车以300 km/h速度运行时弓网受流质量仍然符合规范要求。On the basis of the finite element method,a finite element model of the pantograph-catenary system is established,and the penalty function method is used to achieve the coupling of the pantograph-catenary system.The Newmark integral method is used to solve the dynamic equation of the pantograph-catenary system,and the influence of single dropper breaking and detachment on the current collection quality of the pantograph-catenary system is studied.The results show that the breaking and detachment of the droppers have similar effects on the dynamic contact force between the pantograph and the catenary;the breaking or detachment of a single dropper has no significant impact on the dynamic contact force of the span where the faulty dropper is located;compared to other dropper faults,the breaking or detachment of the No.2 dropper has the greatest impact on the current collection quality of the pantograph and catenary.When a single dropper breaks or falls off,the current collection quality of the pantograph and catenary still meets the specification requirements when the train is running at a speed of 300 km/h.
