浅析《伤寒杂病论》“家”字相关术语英译

摘　　要：比较世界中医药学会联合会(世中联)术语标准、世界卫生组织(WHO)术语标准、全国科学技术名词审定委员会(名词委)中医术语中英对译文本、李照国译本、罗希文译本中《伤寒杂病论》的17个“家”字相关术语,发现“家”字术语的英译还不够系统。“家”字术语在世中联术语标准、WHO术语标准、名词委中医术语中英对译文本中收录不全,现存“家”字相关术语英译存在不统一、不简洁、不准确等问题。“家”字术语英译应遵循准确、简洁两项基本原则,英译的关键在于译前对术语含义的准确理解和译中用词的精准选择。This paper collates 17 terms with"Jia"in Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases,makes statistics on its inclusion in the two major terminology standards(the versions of WFCMS and WHO)and Chinese-English translation of Chinese medicine terminology by the CNCTST,which are relatively accepted at home and abroad,LI Zhaoguo's English version and LUO Xiwen's English version,and makes comparative study.It is found that the study on the English translation of terms with"Jia"is not systematic,most of the terms with"Jia"are not included in the two major terminology standard and Chinese-English translation of Chinese medicine terminology by the CNCTST;there are some problems in the English translation of existing terms with"Jia",such as disunity,prolisixty and inaccuracy.In the author's opinion,English translation of terms with jia should follow the basic principles of accuracy and conciseness,and the key to English translation lies in the accurate understanding of the meaning of terms before and the accurate selection of words in translation.
