摘　　要：食管癌是我国发病率较高的恶性肿瘤之一,早发现、早干预是目前临床防治食管癌的重要手段。胃镜的普及使得越来越多的食管癌前病变被及时发现,针对癌前病变,中医药具有低毒、效优等优势,刘亚娴教授长期临证观察,对恶性肿瘤及疑难病的中医药辨治方面积累了丰富的经验,尤其是食管癌方面癌前病变的辨治思路。现介绍首届全国名中医刘亚娴教授运用“泄木和胃法”辨治食管癌前病变思路。Esophageal cancer is one of the most common malignant diseases in our country,The early detection and intervention is more important.The popularity of gastroscope has enabled more and more esophageal precancerous lesions to be detected in time.In response to pre-cancer lesions,traditional Chinese medicine has the advantages of low toxicity,low-cost,and excellent effects.This article introduces professor LIU Yaxian’s experience in using the“wood-purging and regulating stomach”to identify the pre-esophageal cancer experience.
