摘　　要：当前我国前列腺癌癌症负担日益加重,既往基础研究及临床实践表明中医药在前列腺癌管理方面具有重要地位。全国名中医贾英杰教授结合多年临床经验总结出“黜浊培本”的恶性肿瘤防治理论,并将其验之于前列腺癌提出“补肾不如补脾,健脾即是补肾”的重要观点。现旨在以“黜浊培本”理论为依据,从前列腺的形态生理功能、前列腺癌的证治规律、健脾法的基础与临床实践三方面,阐述贾英杰教授从“脾”论治前列腺癌的学术思想,以期为中医药治疗前列腺癌带来新的思考。At present,the burden of prostate cancer in my country is increasing day by day.Previous basic research and clinical practice have shown that traditional Chinese medicine plays an important role in the management of prostate cancer.Professor JIA Yingjie,a national famous Chinese medicine practitioner,summed up the malignant tumor prevention and treatment theory of“Chuzhuo Peiben”based on years of clinical experience,and used it in the treatment of prostate cancer to put forward the important point of“Jianpi ji shi bushen,bushen bu ru bupi”.The purpose of this paper is to explore the morphological and physiological functions of the prostate,the laws of the syndrome and treatment of prostate cancer,the basis and clinical practice of the spleen-strengthening method,based on the theory of“Chuzhuo Peiben”,to explore the construction of prostate cancer from the“spleen”.On the theory of treatment,in order to bring new thinking for the treatment of prostate cancer with traditional Chinese medicine.
