康复新液联合银翘散治疗风热乘脾型小儿口疮的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探究康复新液联合银翘散治疗风热乘脾型小儿口疮的临床疗效。方法60例风热乘脾型小儿口疮患儿,采用随机法分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组给予康复新液治疗,观察组给予康复新液联合银翘散治疗。对比两组治疗前后症状积分,退热时间、溃疡消失时间及食欲改善时间,临床疗效及复发情况。结果治疗后,观察组溃疡疼痛、溃疡面积、充血程度积分分别为(0.89±0.03)、(1.16±0.07)、(0.97±0.06)分,均低于对照组的(0.97±0.07)、(1.38±0.13)、(1.23±0.13)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组退热时间、溃疡消失时间及食欲改善时间分别为(2.53±0.52)、(3.04±0.32)、(3.02±0.31)d,均短于对照组的(3.68±0.37)、(4.23±0.42)、(4.13±0.42)d,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率93.33%高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组复发率3.33%明显低于对照组的23.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康复新液联合银翘散治疗风热乘脾型小儿口疮效果显著,可抑制口腔炎症、加速溃疡愈合,改善了充血现象,缩短了咽痛、退热以及进食等时间,疗效好,复发率低,值得应用推广。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Kangfuxin Solution combined with Yinqiao Powder on children with oral sores of liver-stomach disharmony type.Methods A total of 60 children with oral sores of liver-stomach disharmony type were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Kangfuxin Solution,and the observation group was treated with Kangfuxin solution AND Yinqiao Powder.The symptom scores before and after treatment,fever reduction time,ulcer disappearance time,appetite improvement time,clinical efficacy,and recurrence of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the scores of ulcer pain,ulcer area and congestion degree in the observation group were(0.89±0.03),(1.16±0.07)and(0.97±0.06)points,which were lower than those of(0.97±0.07),(1.38±0.13)and(1.23±0.13)points in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the fever reduction time,ulcer disappearance time and appetite improvement time in the observation group were(2.53±0.52),(3.04±0.32)and(3.02±0.31)d,which were shorter than those of(3.68±0.37),(4.23±0.42)and(4.13±0.42)d in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than that of 73.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of 3.33%in the observation group was significantly lower than that of 23.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Kangfuxin Solution combined with Yinqiao Powder has significant effect on the treatment of oral sores of liver-stomach disharmony type,which can inhibit oral inflammation,accelerate ulcer healing,improve congestion,shorten the time of pharyngeal pain,fever and eating,and has a low recurrence rate,which is worth applying and promoting.
