社会主义核心价值观融入社会治理的创新路径研究

摘　　要：二十大会议报告指出,要坚持马克思主义在意识形态领域指导地位的根本制度及推进中国式现代化发展,坚持社会主义核心价值观融入社会治理的根本任务,以此推动国家治理体系及治理能力现代化水平的显著提升。以社会主义核心价值观融入社会治理的创新路径为研究方向,坚持理论联系实际、尊重群众和尊重实践相结合,“灌输”和“渗透”相结合的原则;在方法上以传媒、基层组织、教育、实践活动四位一体有机融合,以媒介为传播路径、强化组织保障,与全民教育相结合开展社会主义核心价值观实践活动,将理论阐释、自我激励和自我实践作为有效的社会管理手段。The report of the 20th National Congress pointed out that we should adhere to the fundamental system of Marxism guiding position in the field of ideology and promoting the development of Chinese-style modernization and the fundamental task of integrating socialist core values into social governance in order to promote the modernization level of national governance system and realize siginificant improvement of governance capacity.The paper takes the innovative path of integrating socialist core values into social governance as the research direction.It adheres to the principle of combining theory with practive,combining respecting people with respecting practice,and combining“indoctrination”with“infiltration”.Concerning methods,media,grassroots organizations,education and practical activities are integrated organically.Cultivating socialist core values practice is achieved through media broadcasting path,strengthening organizational guarantee,and combining with national education.Theoretical interpretation,self-motivation and self-practice are taken as effective means of social management.
