摘　　要：目的:分析华蟾素注射液联合白介素-2经胸腔热灌注治疗恶性胸腔积液的临床疗效。方法:选取2021年5月—2022年4月江苏省徐州市中心医院肿瘤内二科收治的恶性胸腔积液患者41例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(n=20)与观察组(n=21)。观察组给予华蟾素注射液联合白介素-2治疗,对照组给予白介素-2治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、生存质量改善率、不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.014);两组生存质量总改善率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:华蟾素注射液及白介素-2经胸腔热灌注治疗恶性胸腔积液安全性高,疗效理想,可改善患者生活质量。Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of cinobufagin injection combined with interleukin-2 in treatment of malignant pleural effusion by intrapleural perfusion hyperthermia.Methods:A total of 41 patients with malignant pleural effusion admitted to the Second Department of Oncology,Xuzhou Central Hospital from May 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the observation subjects.They were divided into control group(n=20)and observation group(n=21)according to random number table method.The observation group received cinobufagin injection combined with interleukin-2 treatment.The control group received interleukin-2 treatment.The clinical efficacy,improvement rate of quality of life,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.014).There was no significant difference in the total improvement rate of quality of life between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Cinobufagin injection combined with interleukin-2 in treatment of malignant pleural effusion by intrapleural perfusion hyperthermia has high safety and ideal efficacy and can improve the quality of life of patients.
