摘  要:目的:分析3C引导性反馈下高仿真模拟教学模式在急救护理教学中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年11月-2022年11月江苏医药职业学院进行学习的3年制护理专科生240例为研究对象,利用抽签法分为观察组与对照组,各120例。观察组给予3C引导性反馈下高仿真模拟教学模式,对照组给予常规高仿真模拟教学模式。比较两组学生的理论、护理实操考核成绩及批判性思维能力。结果:观察组学生理论与护理实操考核成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);学习结束后,两组学生寻找真相、开放思想、分析能力、系统化能力、批判性思维自信心、求知欲、认知成熟度评分及总分均升高,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对急救护理课程的教学工作,对学生实施3C引导性反馈下的高仿真模拟教学模式能够在原有基础上提高学生的理论及实践操作考核成绩,促进学生批判性思维能力发展。Objective:To analyze the application effect of high simulation teaching mode under 3C guided feedback in emergency nursing teaching.Methods:A total of 240 three-year nursing college students who studied in Jiangsu Vocational College of Medicine from November 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into observation group and control group by lottery,with 120 cases in each group.The observation group was given high simulation teaching mode with 3C guided feedback,while the control group was given conventional high simulation teaching mode.The theoretical,nursing practical operation assessment scores and critical thinking abilities of students in the two groups were compared.Results:The theoretical and nursing practical operation assessment scores of students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the study was completed,the students'scores pf truthseeking,open mind,analytical ability,systematic ability,critical thinking self-confidence,curiosity,cognitive maturity and total score in two groups all increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:For the teaching of emergency nursing course,the implementation of high simulation teaching mode with 3C guided feedback can improve students'theoretical and practical operation assessment results and promote the development of students'critical thinking ability on the previous basis.
