摘　　要：AT系列变压器综合测试仪是用于变压器或绕线元件测试的仪器,广泛地应用于变压器、电子元器件和电机的生产与测试等行业,以对上述器件的阻抗特性、安规特性等参数进行单独或综合性的测量。针对AT测试仪的不同使用情景提出了3种校准方法,分别为手动校准方法、编程校准方法和编程+手动校准方法,以适配单机使用、连接至PC使用和连接至综合测试系统的AT测试仪的校准工作。同时以电容、电感和电阻3个参量为例,分别介绍了不同方法的校准操作步骤,为AT测试仪的校准提供了一定的参考。AT series transformer testers are made for transformers or winding components testing.They are widely used in manufacturing or measurement of transformers,electronic components and motors.AT testers are capable of realizing a single or comprehensive measurement of the parameters such as impendance characteristics and safety characteristics of the above devices.Three caliabration methods,namely manual calibration method,programming calibration method and programming+manual calibration method,are proposed according to different application scenarios of the AT tester,so as to adapt to the caliabration work of the AT tester used by a single machine,connected to a PC and connected to a comprehensive test system.Meanwhile,taking the three parameters of capacitance,inductance and resistance as examples,the calibration procedures of different methods are introduced respectively,which provides some guidance for the calibration of AT tester.
