摘  要:精密设备的检测和优化工作是保证成品零件的精度和合格率的一种手段。利用精密检测仪器介入检测和监控,以实现快速、高精度测量,为数控机床定位精度、直线度和平面度等几何精度误差的修正提供依据。通过对雷尼绍(Renishaw)XL-80激光干涉仪的工作原理深入学习和分析,借助不同的光学组件和相关软件,对机床定位误差检测与补偿的理论进行了阐释,实现了对数控机床的动态性能检测,帮助学生掌握了综合实践问题的分析能力并提高了其实践技能,为其日后进入社会工作打下良好基础。The detection and optimization of precision equipment is a means to ensure the accuracy and qualification rate of finished parts.The precision detection instrument is used to intervene in the detection and monitoring to achieve rapid and high-precision measurement,and provide a basis for the correction of geometric accuracy errors such as positioning accuracy,straightness,flatness of CNC machine tools.Through in-depth study and analysis of the working principle of Renishaw XL-80 laser interferometer,with the help of different optical components and related software,the theory of machine tool positioning error detection and compensation is explained,and the dynamic performance detection of CNC machine tools is realized,which helps students to grasp the analytical ability of comprehensive practical problems and improve practical skills,and lay a good foundation for their social work in the future.
