理性选择理论视角下一般高校硕士研究生求学动机调查研究

摘　　要：一般高校硕士研究生的求学动机与在学状态、学业成就密切相关,并作用于人才培养质量与人才目标达成度。通过对一般高校151名硕士研究生进行调查分析,在理性选择理论视角下对求学动机及影响因素与在学状态进行考察。研究发现本科就读于一般高校的学生学历需求更强烈,行为选择大多受需求理性与情感理性制约,导师的指导艺术与科研共同体等情感理性动因对学生在学状态影响较大。学生科研产出率低、科研能力不足、求学体验欠佳,研究生教育也存在资源缺口、人才培养机制不健全、社会群体文化失范等问题。建议从完善政策执行机制,优化资源配置;理性定位人才培养目标,构建质量监测机制;强化社会文化的功能导向,引导学生理性选择三方面着手,实现政策制度、高校建设与文化导向的内外协同。It is obvious that the motivation of graduate students in general universities is related to their academic status and academic achievements.On the other hand,it is adopted for the quality of talent training and the achievement of talent goals.Through the investigation and analysis of 151 graduate students in general universities,the paper tries to expound the study motivation,influencing factors and academic status from the perspective of rational choice theory.It is easy to find that undergraduate students studying in general universities have a stronger demand for academic qualifications.Their behavior choice is restricted by demand rationality and emotional rationality.Emotional rationality may have a great impact on students academic status.There are some problems in graduate education such as resource gap,imperfect talent cultivation mechanism and anomie of social group culture.Finally,the paper recommend some countermeasures to improve the policy implementation mechanism and optimize the allocation of resources.The aim is to strengthen the functional orientation of social culture,guide students to make rational choices and realize the internal and external coordination of policy system.
