摘 要:目的:探讨学校道德氛围感知与中学生冷漠旁观行为之间的关系,以及校园欺凌道德推脱的中介作用与同情的调节作用。方法:采取整群抽样法抽取湖南1844名中学生填写学校道德氛围感知问卷、校园欺凌道德推脱量表、特质同情量表和欺凌参与行为问卷。结果:(1)学校道德氛围感知负向预测冷漠旁观行为;(2)校园欺凌道德推脱在学校道德氛围感知与冷漠旁观行为之间起部分中介作用;(3)同情对校园欺凌道德推脱与冷漠旁观行为之间的关系存在调节作用。具体而言,与低同情水平中学生相比,校园欺凌道德推脱对高同情水平中学生冷漠旁观行为的促进作用显著减弱。结论:学校道德氛围感知通过校园欺凌道德推脱的中介作用和同情的调节作用对中学生冷漠旁观行为产生影响。Objective:To investigate the effect of the perception of school moral atmosphere on middle school students’indifferent bystander behavior,as well as the mediating effect of moral disengagement in bullying and the moderate effect of compassion.Methods:This study surveyed 1844 middle school students in Hunan by cluster sampling with school moral atmosphere perception questionnaire,moral disengagement in bullying scale,trait sympathy scale and bullying participant behaviors questionnaire.Results:(1)The perception of school moral atmosphere negatively predicted indifferent bystander behavior;(2)The moral disengagement in bullying played a partial mediating role between the perception of school moral atmosphere and indifferent bystander behavior;(3)Compassion moderated the relationship between moral disengagement in bullying and indifferent bystander behavior.Specifically,compared with middle school students with low compassion level,the promotion effect of moral disengagement in bullying on the indifferent bystander behavior was significantly weakened among middle school students with high compassion level.Conclusion:The perception of school moral atmosphere has an impact on middle school students’indifferent bystander behavior through the mediation of moral disengagement in bullying and the moderation of compassion.
