摘　　要：目的:本研究基于自我决定理论,探讨母亲养育动机内化程度对养育倦怠的影响及其作用机制。方法:研究采用自我调控问卷、养育倦怠问卷及时间压力量表对413名母亲进行调查。结果:(1)母亲养育动机内化程度显著负向预测养育倦怠;(2)主观时间压力在母亲养育动机内化程度与养育倦怠之间起部分中介作用;(3)该中介作用受到母亲就业状况的调节,较之在职母亲,全职母亲的主观时间压力受到母亲养育动机内化程度的影响更为显著。结论:主观时间压力在母亲养育动机内化程度对养育倦怠的影响中起部分中介作用,主观时间压力的中介作用受母亲就业状况的调节。Objective:Based on the self-determination theory,this study aimed to explore the effect of the internalization of maternal parental motivation on parental burnout and its mechanism.Methods:A sample of 413 mothers were surveyed by Self-regulation Questionnaire,time pressure scale,Parental Burnout Assessment.Results:(1)The degree of internalization of maternal parental motivation significantly negatively predicted parental burnout;(2)Subjective time pressure played a partial mediating role in the relationship between the internalization of maternal parental motivation and parental burnout;(3)The mediating effect was moderated by the employment status of mothers.Compared with the working mothers,the subjective time pressure of stay-at-home mothers was more influenced by the degree of internalization of mothers’parental motivation.Conclusion:Subjective time pressure plays a mediating role between the internalization of maternal parental motivation and parental burnout,while the employment status of mothers plays a moderating role.
