摘 要:目的:探讨学校环境对民办高校护理专业大学生的人文关怀能力的影响以及同伴间关爱行为和积极心理品质的中介作用。方法:采用关怀能力评价量表(CAI)、学校环境量表、同伴间关爱行为量表、中国大学生积极心理品质量表对民办高校1050名护理专业大学生进行调查。结果:①人文关怀能力与学校环境、同伴间关爱行为、积极心理品质之间存在显著正相关(r=0.296—0.559,P<0.001);②学校环境对民办高校护理专业大学生的人文关怀能力的直接效应显著,同时分别通过同伴间关爱行为和积极心理品质的中介及二者的链式中介产生间接效应。结论:学校环境既可以直接影响民办高校护理专业大学生的人文关怀能力,又可以通过同伴间关爱行为和积极心理品质的中介发生间接影响。Objective:To explore the effects of school climate on caring ability among nursing students in private colleges and the chain mediating role of peer caring and positive character in it.Methods:1050 nursing students in four private colleges were investigated by CAI,PCM,the CFK School Climate Inventory and Chinese College Students’Positive Character Scale.Results:①There was a significant positive correlation between caring ability,school climate,peer caring,positive character(r=0.296-0.559;P<0.001);②School climate had a significant direct effect on caring ability among nursing students in private colleges,and also had indirect effects mediated by peer caring and positive character and the chain mediation of the two respectively.Conclusion:School climate can not only directly affect the caring ability of nursing students in private colleges,but also indirectly affect caring ability through school climate,peer caring and positive character.
