发动机机油状态传感器的原理与检修探讨

摘　　要：汽车中的发动机具有“心脏”作用,可以将其他能量进行机械能转换,让汽车运转。发动机运行时,机油具有关键作用,主要起到减震缓冲、减磨、润滑以及其他方面作用。行车运行时,应该对机油状态进行充分掌握,比如若是机油不足,那么无法运转发动机,影响汽车行驶安全。所以需要借助机油状态传感器对机油状态展开实时监测。对此,本文阐述了机油状态传感器含义与机油传感器原理,分析了传感器故障检测监测方法,介绍了传感器故障检修要点,希望能够为相关单位与人员提供参考。The engine in a car has a“heart”function,which can convert other energy into mechanical energy to make the car run.When the engine is running,the oil plays a key role,mainly as shock cushioning,anti-wear,lubrication and other functions.When driving,the state of the oil should be fully mastered.For example,if the oil is insufficient,the engine cannot be run,which affects the safety of the car.Therefore,it is necessary to monitor the oil status in real time with the help of oil condition sensors.In this regard,this paper expounds the meaning of oil status sensor and the principle of oil sensor,analyzes the sensor fault detection and monitoring method,and introduces the key points of sensor troubleshooting,hoping to provide reference for relevant units and personnel.
