摘　　要：稀硫酸真空浓缩技术针对氯碱行业中硫酸的特点,在流程设计、设备选型、节能降耗、溶质脱除等方面进行了独特的设计和长期实践优化,解决了硫酸的环保问题且降低了企业的生产成本,同时其智能化发展降低了硫酸生产过程中的危险性,提升了装置的安全性。Sulfuric acid vacuum concentration technology is based on the characteristics of sulfuric acid in the chlor-alkali industry.It has unique design and long-term optimization in process design,equipment selection,energy saving and consumption reduction,solute removal,etc.,which solves the environmental protection problem of sulfuric acid and reduces the enterprise production costs.At the same time,its intelligent development has reduced the danger in the sulfuric acid production process and improved the safety of the device.
