摘 要:基于压力交互理论,探讨年长员工感知到未来地位威胁时所采取的印象管理策略。267份调查问卷的实证分析表明:(1)未来地位威胁对自我推销策略、恐吓威胁策略具有显著的正向影响;(2)挑战性和阻碍性评价共同在未来地位威胁与自我推销策略之间起完全中介作用,阻碍性评价在未来地位威胁与恐吓威胁策略之间起部分中介作用;(3)领导支持会弱化未来地位威胁与阻碍性评价之间的正向关系,进而调节未来地位威胁通过阻碍性评价影响恐吓威胁策略的间接效应;在未来地位威胁与挑战性评价的关系中,领导支持的调节效应不显著。Based on the transactional theory of stress and coping,this paper discusses the impression management strategies adopted by older employees when they perceive future status threats.Results of empirical analysis of 267 questionnaires shows that,future status threats have a significant positive impact on self-promotion and intimidation strategy.Challenging and hindering appraisal together play a complete mediating role between future status threats and self-promotion,while hindering appraisal plays a partial mediating role between future status threats and intimidation.Supervisor support weakens the positive relationship between future status threats and hindering appraisal,and then moderates the indirect effects of future status threats on intimidation through hindering appraisal.In the relationship between future status threats and challenge ap-praisal,the moderating effect of supervisor support is not significant.
