摘　　要：目的分析抗痛风中药新药品种的专利布局,为各类创新主体在中药新药研发与技术创新过程中加强专利的保护与运用提供参考。方法基于现有的抗痛风中药新药的专利申请情况,按新药阶段划分,选取重点品种梳理其技术发展脉络,分析专利布局特点。结果筛选出具有代表性的3个新药品种,分别是作为未上市新药代表的芪桂痛风片、作为上市新药代表的虎贞清风胶囊和作为已上市新药的二次开发代表的青鹏软膏。结论抗痛风中药新药的研发,不仅需要重视加减方的传承创新,综合考虑多维要素与多重价值来规划专利布局,还应深化政产学研合作,多方协力攻克关键技术,促进中医药产业的高质量发展。Objective To analyze the patent portfolios of new anti-gout Chinese materia medica species,and provide reference for innovation subjects to strengthen patent protection and application in research and development of new Chinese medicine and technological innovation.Methods Based on the patent application of existing anti-gout new Chinese medicine,the key Chinese materia medica species were selected to sort out their technological development context and analyze the characteristics of patents according to the stage of new drugs.Results Totally 3 representative anti-gout Chinese materia medica species were selected,namely Qigui Tongfeng tablets as the representative of unmarketed new Chinese medicine,Huzhen Qingfeng capsules as the representative of marketed new Chinese medicine new,and Qingpeng ointment as the representative of secondary development of marketed new Chinese medicine.Conclusion The research and development of new anti-gout Chinese medicine not only needs attention in the inheritance and innovation of modified Chinese herbal prescriptions,comprehesive consideration of multidimensional elements and multiple values but also of patent portfolios.We also need to deepen the government-industry-university-research cooperation,and conquer the key technologies,thus promoting high-quality development of Chinese medicine.
