从肝论治情志病探析

摘　　要：情志病多指因为情绪刺激过于激烈,超过了人体所能调节的范围,从而导致人体气血失调、功能紊乱的一类疾病。该病的主要表现为情志异常,如郁证、不寐、躁狂等。现代研究表明,随着人们高效、快节奏的工作生活方式,该病的发病率呈逐渐上升的趋势。《柳洲医话》:“七情之病,必由肝起。”又“郁而不舒,则皆肝木之病矣”。情志病病机总属肝失疏泄,气机郁结,肝为病变的核心关键。文章从肝入手,指出临床辨治时当分清气血阴阳、虚实盛衰,抓住本质探究病因。根据具体病情,以疏肝解郁为治疗原则,病证结合治疗才能收到良好的效果。Emotional disease mostly refers to a type of disease that exceeds the range of human body regulation because the emotional stimulation is too intense,which leads to the imbalance and dysfunction of the human body.It is mainly manifested as abnormal mood,such as depression,sleeplessness,mania,etc..Modern research shows,with the current efficient and fast-paced work and life patterns,the incidence of the disease is gradually increasing.Liuzhou Yihua(《柳洲医话》)clearly pointed out:The disease of the seven emotions must start from the liver.and if you are depressed and not comfortable,you are all diseases of liver.The pathogenesis of emotional disease is always liver loss and leakage,Qi(气)machine stagnation,and liver is the core key of the lesion.Starting from the liver and combining its physiological characteristics and functions,the author points out that in clinical treatment,we should distinguish the rise and fall of Qi,blood,Yin(阴)and Yang(阳),deficiency and excess,grasp the essence,explore the etiology,master the law of pathogenesis development,weigh the priority,and take relieving the liver and depression as the treatment principle according to the specific condition,so as to combine the disease and syndrome to gain a better effect.
